Tenure-Track Search Stopped

Department announces suspension of search for Tenure-Track position for Assistant or Associate Professor in Hospitality/Special Events/Recreation

Due to the deteriorating economic situation in California and the associated budget reductions during the current fiscal year as well as those anticipated for the next fiscal year, we have suspended the search for the faculty position previously advertised.

We deeply regret having to suspend the search because of economic circumstances beyond our control. Should the California economy and the budget for California State University and the State of California improve in the near future, we may be permitted to re-open the search. We appreciate your interest in our program.
